OnlyTequilas.com sells alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site, create an account, or purchase a membership. By using the site you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age is required at the time of delivery. Deliveries will not be released to anyone who is under 21 or who appears intoxicated, and no refund is owed for a delivery refused on these grounds.
Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method the then-current price for your selected tier (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, or El Jefe) each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.
You may cancel at any time from your account's Manage Membership panel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you keep access and any shipment already scheduled for that period, and you will not be billed again. You may also switch to a lower tier at any time; the new rate applies on your next renewal.
We currently ship only within eligible U.S. states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipment is permitted. We cannot ship to states or localities that prohibit such shipments, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we are unable to lawfully fulfill. Allocations are limited and substitutions of comparable or greater value may occur.
The Vault, Tasting Archive, and VIP Lounge are for members only. You agree not to share account credentials, allocation codes, or members-only content, and not to resell any product purchased through the club. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the community, or engage in fraud.
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyTequilas disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or consumption of our products. Please drink responsibly.
