We collect the information you provide when you create an account and subscribe: your name, email address, shipping address, and age confirmation. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never store your full card number on our servers.
Because we sell alcohol, we record that you have affirmed you are 21 or older, and our carrier verifies a government-issued photo ID at delivery. We use this solely for legal compliance and do not sell or share age or ID data for marketing.
We use your information to process and ship your membership, manage billing and renewals, provide account and Lounge features, send transactional and (with your consent) marketing email, and comply with applicable alcohol-sale laws. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), our database and hosting on Vercel and Neon, and our email/marketing platform. Each processes your data under its own agreement and only as needed to provide the service.
You can update your account details, unsubscribe from marketing email via any campaign's link, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing hola@onlytequilas.com. We retain records as required for tax, legal, and compliance purposes.
